1. GENERAL
Will the travel reimbursement application work on a Macintosh? We recommend that you use a Windows PC. While you may be able to use the application on a Mac, we have not been able to test it extensively on this platform due to lack of resources. If you use the application on a Mac and experience problems, please use the link on the "Welcome" page to report them. No minimum system requirements have been set for the Mac platform, but we recommend that you use Mac OS 8.1 or newer. We also suggest using Internet Explorer 5.1 or higher.
Will the application work on a Windows PC? We have successfully tested the Travel Reimbursement application on all current Windows operating systems. However, we do not recommend that you run the application on Windows 95 or 98SE. Both of these operating systems are already or will be discontinued, and we will no longer support them.
Are there minimum system requirements? There are no mandatory requirements; however, we do not recommend using any Windows operating systems older than Windows ME or Windows NT 4.0. We also do not recommend using any Mac OS older than 8.x. There are no minimum RAM or processor requirements other than those which apply to the browser version that you are using.
Will the application work if I have anti-popup software installed on my computer? We do not recommend that you use anti-popup software while using the travel reimbursement application, because certain functionality in the Travel Reimbursement application uses popup windows. Therefore, if you run popup-blocking software while you are in the Travel Reimbursement application, you will not be able to make use of all of the available functionality.

3. LOGIN ISSUES
Can I trust the login page? It doesn't look anything like the application. Yes, this is Cornell's standard, web-based login page.
Why won't the application allow me to store my password as other web sites do? It is considered highly insecure to store your passwords in your browser. The Travel Reimbursement application utilizes the Kerberos authentication scheme via a protocol developed by CIT, called CUKerberos. CUWebLogin, the web page that makes use of the CUKerberos protocol, has been altered to prevent storage of Kerberos passwords in browsers.
